Our mental health makes up of our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It is important that we are healthy and stable mentally, as this part of our development affects how we think, feel, and act towards ourselves and others.
Mental health illnesses are known and unknown conditions that affect a persons' thoughts, feelings, moods, and even behaviors. Some of these may include but are not limited to the following: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety.
