ALISHA M. COLLINS
FOUNDER & CEO
Alisha started dancing at eight and was raised in the East Side of Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York. Alisha has experience in dance therapy, beginner hip-hop, guided meditation, and tap dancing. Growing up in a dysfunctional home environment, Alisha turned to dance as a source of tranquility and expression. Her love for art and dance has always been a driving force in her life. Alisha believes that safeguarding the arts is essential since they will help us in the future, just as they did for her. For more than nine years, she has been teaching both adults and children. Alisha is an advocate for children's rights, child welfare, and economic development.
Alisha has a master's degree in Early Childhood and Youth Studies from the CUNY Graduate Center in New York City, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bernard Baruch College in New York City, with a double minor in English and Communications. Alisha has obtained certifications in Dance Movement Therapy/Alternative Therapy, Early Intervention, and several other areas within social work.
Alisha has appeared in NJ Urban News, On-Air with Sir, and is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce. The US Black Chambers Inc. has certified Creatively Releasing of NY LLC, as a Black Owned and Operated Enterprise. Creatively Releasing of NY LLC is certified as an MWBE.

In May 2018, Alisha's thesis was titled "Dancing, Mindfulness, and Our Emotions: Embracing the Mind, Body, and Sole."

In April 2022, Alisha was nominated for the Russ Berrie Making a Difference Award as an "unsung hero" for her influence on individuals and communities around New Jersey.

In May 2025, Alisha received the Women's Entrepreneurship Certification after finishing the 12-week certification program for female entrepreneurs at Cornell University.
